How do you design experience? With a lot of hats. When media was mostly single-channel passive consumption, storytelling was linear, and based on models that were literally thousands of years old.

Web design is complex not because of technology but because it aggregates and integrates virtually every design discipline in once place – branding, graphics, architecture, content, usability, ergonomics, semiotics – not to mention video, polling, gaming, retailing, and merchandising. The industry now labels it “experience design,” a more accurate if somewhat esoteric descriptive compromise.

At Arch Digitals, we view everything from a brand perspective. Which is pretty much the same as a customer experience perspective. And although it’s admittedly limiting to click through a gallery of screenshots, it will offer at least a glimpse of our aesthetic sensibilities and the breadth of our work.
